Shame google reviews doesn't allow 0 stars, because giving this place a 1 star is doing them a favor.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Called in to book a cab as I found this place over on google search. Phone was picked up by what sounded like a young lady, who asked me 2 questions and once I replied what was my destination (Marylebone) she said "we don't do local" and literally hung up on my face.
No wonder this place has 2.8 stars. That is absolutely no way to treat a potential client. Service in this world just keeps getting worse and worse, which is why these small places never last
