Rang to order a bunch of flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday, unable to visit store to personally choose due to covid restrictions so I asked the florist to make up a bouquet that was 'colourful and included lilys' as they were her favourite. The florist asked about a price so I advised £40, plus the £6 delivery, so it was £46 altogether. The bunch that was delivered was extremely disapponting! Literally just a few flowers and mostly green foliage. Not colourful at all and just one small stem of Lilys. And then to add insult to injury, the flowers had all died within a week! They were sufficiently

I ordered a wreath for the funeral of my dear brother in law costing £45...at funeral I realised what a bad mistake I had made
I should have requested a spray...the wreath was full of leaves but lady in shop insisted the full value of the flowers was in the wreath.She eventually suggested making thing right...I asked how...She suggested I go back to the grave and pick it up ,& she could redo it or do a spray...can you imagine taking a wreath off a grave of a loved one...!!!
