Over the last ten years, PDR has delivered over 1000 units in the area of residential construction, with the majority of building projects located in Greater London. Each individual construction project is unique - our portfolio ranges from 20 to 130 unit developments, and from 3 to 20 storeys in height.
Through working with both private developers and housing associations on numerous projects, we established a London office to serve clients in and around the M25. This expertise is now available outside of our London base, as Clients look further afield. Over the past 20 years, we have demonstrated our proficiency and expertise in constructing buildings that are occupied by major U.K. grocers and retailers.

Services
We have recently procured two complex affordable housing contracts with PDR Construction and found them to be thorough and responsive, with a 'can-do' attitude. We look forward to continuing our working relationship with PDR over the coming years. PDR Construction have completed a number of excellent projects for JCT600 Lt over our 15 year working relationship.

We were pleased to have completed our first project with PDR in Hackney in 2017. They are now working for us on another site in Walthamstow which is nearing completion.
