I've had this website designed to try and spread the word about my garage DWMotorwors in Newcastle. For those who don't no me I'm a friendly BMW Indy with loads of knowledge in the brand and bags of experience with BMW and of course ///M. I have been using him since 2011 first time I met was really impressed he solved the battery starting issue within minutes he knew what he was doing. I had my car few different garage before I saw Dean and they couldn’t find the issue.
Since then I’ve been using him for all my work he is a honest worker and it’s really hard to find someone like Dean. I must admit he is really busy and a bit hard to get hold of but other then that work is fantastic. I do go to him very often as I am a taxi driver.

Great, very busy team @ DWM - extremely knowledgeable and friendly service (Dean takes time out to chat about the issues - rather than just dropping the keys off), and at a fantastic price. I don't go anywhere else for servicing and wouldn't trust anyone else if anything serious happened requiring more involved work. Seeing him in person is the best method of contact - as he's maxed out.

Dino is a genuine guy ,you tell him your problem & he will use his knowledge to implement what he knows to diagnose the issue ,you don't get many guys who work like him & just take your money 🙄 ,he is very buisy & its always best to go and see him ,as its more professional & more hands on ,rather than over phone ,IF YOU HAVE A BMW ? then this is your GUY ,thanks brother

After ringing this guy must of been 100 times over a week to try and book in I went down to try and see what was going on. He said he was too busy to answer the phone. He said to diagnose the fault on the car it would be £50 even though I said it had been done but fair enough he needed to come to this conclusion as well. After diagnosing a different fault he said right it’s £60 it was £50 plus vat, this was not mentioned but isn’t professional either. I booked in the car to carry out the works I took a day off work and got there for 9am nobody in site and no letterbox to leave a key, had
