I had booked an appointment to have a property valued, I received the confirmation text and of course was at the property on the date and time as booked. No one turned up, I then called to check where they were, the lady said she would call me back. 25 minutes later, I call again, just for them to say it wasn't booked in the diary and she was just about to ring me back.
I live an hour and half from the property so it was really out of my way and to be treated so poorly when I had called in twice was just shocking. I would not recommend this company at all, just not very proffessional and to treat

Vincent and his team helped me in selling my property in one week. Right from our first meeting for valuation Vincent was extremely professional and displayed confidence and sound knowledge of his job. Unlike some other estate agents he took time to know our requirements and wasn't pushy at all like a sales person.
