Absolutely horrible. So, basically they're pushing work from each other, lying constantly, canceling work the last minute and never ever calling you back. So disorganized, it's just unbelievable. They're sending you wrong txt message bookings instead of calling and confirming, doesn't reply to emails and only chasing you up, when they in desperation for drivers. Avoid at all costs!

Delivered excellent Cpc course. Course leader Jamie was punctual and professional and delivered presentations clearly and was able to answer any questions asked by the group. The Price was the most reasonable I have found online.
Would recommend anyone who requires cpc hours or first timers to use surecall.

Worst agency ever to work for!
When I signed up it was explained that I would be paid £14 per hour. On working it actually turns out to be less than that plus holiday pay, which was never explained to me. The shifts I have worked so far, of which I have not been paid the full hours for any of these shifts. They expect you to work 12/13 hour shifts every day. They ring you constantly, like I mean constantly, to beg you to work but when you ring them they don't answer the phone. When you sign up to the agency they say they look after the drivers which obviously they don't they just care about the

I worked for a month and from my experience, it has been amazing to work for Surecall. I got paid very well and sometimes more than expected. I worked for many agencies but I haven't worked for such a amazing place like Surecall. I give my gratitude to Paul for being very helpful and kind towards employees.

Hi David Ramirez , I was reading your comment and I can not understand why Surecall agency does not pay your shifts properly, even you have sent them all your days and hours that you have worked. Why did the agency post ads on Internet looking for Bus-Drivers for work in Golden Tours 4 days on and 4 days off, and you can earn 600 pounds a week ,… when they just paid you 312 pounds for 5 days on a week? Why the agency SureCall says that Golden Tours are withholdin your money because your attitude?? They should not do it , it's illigal !!
