Avoid if you don’t need the stress of chasing and chasing (and being ignored).
- We’re still missing a worktop - 16 months after the kitchen was fitted.
- It took over 12 months to supply a missing doorknob.
- Phone calls, messages with staff, texts and emails are not returned.
Pol Kefton supplied and fitted our kitchen in Aug ‘20. They did a great job, in general, but forgot to build a pantry will sliding doors and fit a worktop as specified. Instead, it was just a cupboard.
Several weeks later they retro fitted the sliding doors but the job was poor and the door mechanism scratched
