DWPF is an established financial advisory firm supported by a market leading financial modelling team. As such, we specialise in structuring and arranging project as well as infrastructure finance. We are proud to have provided innovative and independent advice to clients for over 22 years, during which we have advised on over 200 completed transactions to date and raised over 7bn of financing in the process.
At DWPF, we advise both public and private sector clients on infrastructure transactions, providing financial and commercial advice from project inception through to financial close. We have a long and successful track record of funding both primary and secondary market transactions, having structured and arranged over 7bn of debt in the project finance market.
Born out of a belief that clear definitive results should drive the decision making process, our financial modelling team was initially established 20 years ago to support DWPF's advisory and fund raising activities. Since then, our expertise and capabilities in financial modelling have grown significantly.
Our detailed knowledge of bidding on projects and interacting with sponsors and funders is backed by years of working day-to-day on such transactions. This extensive experience gives us an excellent understanding of projects, thereby enabling us to identify risk areas and potential issues and add real value.
