At Sally Adams we strive to set the very highest of standards in everything we do. Our staff 'are' Sally Adams and we are proud of each and every member of the team. We have a wealth of experience amongst our Stylists, Colour Technicians and Spa Therapists and their knowledge is kept up to date with regular 'In-House Training' and courses at the 'London Aveda Institute.
The business is owned and operated by Sally and Adam and works in close association with Aveda and Estee Lauder. Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spas are a unique concept providing a fresh model for a Hair, Health & Beauty Salon. After finally (!) managing to climb the 249 steps, she reluctantly stepped off the platform at the top to abseil the 160ft drop of this beautiful iconic local building. A message from Alison. I am afraid this is hair salon offers a very bad service. Very rude employees. I was asked to come in for a colour test, i was sent by text for a different time than what I was told on the phone, when I came in I was introduced to a consultant who would be with me on the day with who we discussed in length. When I came in the day of the appointment, a different lady showed up, rude from second one, who asked me what I would like to do. When I said, I spoke to a different hairdresser and I thought she would be with me today, she walked away, telling her colleague there is a « weird » client

Very professional, stuck rigidly to Covid-19 protective measures, very reassuring not only as an anxious customer returning to 'social activities' but also as a new customer of this salon. Joanne was really helpful and friendly. Very calm and relaxing environment. Will definitely be returning.

Great salon. I regularly come here for waxing treatments and the team are so lovely and helpful. Always pleased with the results and even find it to be quite relaxing!
I also just had my hair coloured here for the first time and I am equally pleased with the outcome. Kerri did a beautiful job finding the right colour and I am delighted with it. Plus I have found myself to be allergic to salon dyes at other places, whereas the products used here are natural and organic so I have no problems.
Additionally, the reception staff are also very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend

If you want your hair done by a very aggressive hair colourist then go here. I didn’t like the colour and didn’t think it was anything like the picture I provided. Instead of the customer being right, the hairdresser very aggressively tried to defend herself. It was a horrible experience. Don’t go to this salon.

I could never get my hair done anywhere else. The service is wonderful, they always remember you; the atmosphere is so relaxing I almost fall asleep when I get my hair washed. I always ask for Imogen because she is so lovely (they all are at Sally Adams though) and is incredibly talented. I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a good haircut!

Though I love the experience in terms of services, I am not happy with the staff.
I cancelled an appointment as I was really unwell. Then another as I was stuck at work at the last minute. When I called to re-book, I was informed very rudely that I would be charged for cancellation as it was done in less than 24 hours. I explained that both the times it was not my intention to cancel but was met with a very rude reply.
The services are great. The staff/policies not as much.
It's a bit pricey as well.
All in all they lost a customer who visited at least thrice a month.

I am unhappy with Sally Adams and will not recommend them.
I used to be a customer of Sally Adams for nearly 5 years and overall I felt that customer service is poor.
The Aveda brand is what drives customers and me particularly to this salon, however I kept having issues with the colour not covering my greys something Aveda says it shouldn't happen. After complaining and speaking to Aveda I was offered a free fix and as this was "my hair's fault" this salon then offered a creator director colour fees every 8 weeks, which I found very unhelpful and left the salon
