Most of our flowers come direct from Holland using top quality suppliers and growers who deliver direct to our door. We recently had a trip to see the growers and packers and took these amazing pictures that really show the true journey of a flower from its source to our shop in Barnt Green. A beautiful bouquet, delivered on the correct day. I didn't seem to be able to select a date, but I put it in the comments and my follow up phone call was answered promptly. The delivery was not left in the porch as instructed, but this is not enough to knock a star off. The roses are stunning and are arranged with the carnations so nicely they are being left as they are to be admired for the moment. Will remember this shop for next time - Mother's Day I believe 😀

The young girl who works in here is absolutely lovely and always happy. The older woman who I think owns it is vile. I have heard from a few locals that this was the case but have experienced it myself today. Shame as I'm a big believer in helping local small businesses and I've spent a lot of money in there over the last two years but I will never use them again after today.
In response to your reply- On this particular day I came into the shop to order some flowers for my ill mother in law. I asked the staff member if she would mind me leaving a couple of flyers with her as I've recently qualified
