Services
We have today 9 dental surgery treatment rooms. There are 20 parking places and Boston Dental Centre has dedicated Bus Station. All surgeries feature the highest quality equipment, Such as Schick Digital X-ray and Belmont Dental Chairs. Boston Dental Centre prides ourselves on offering our patients the highest quality of Care.
The charges you pay depend on the treatment you require to keep your mouth, gums and teeth healthy.
You will only ever be asked to pay one charge for each complete course of treatment, even if you need to visit your dentist more than once to finish it - either Band 1, Band 2 or Band 3. In some cases, patients are required to be referred to another dentist for another course of treatment, if this happens you can expect a pay a second charge or in particular areas of dentistry you may be required to be referred outside of the clinic (see Treatment on referral).

We have taken safety precautions to prioritise the safety of all patients and staff - for instance the practice will be locked, patients to call us to let us know they have arrived, use of screens, no waiting inside the practice and staff wearing personal protective equipment. We will also carry out a short screening Risk Assessment questionnaire before you attend the practice.
Did you know that approximately 30% of the population have chronic bad breath and 70% of the population notice it on other people. Contrary to popular opinion, the majority of cases of bad breath begin in the mouth and not in the stomach. Around 80% of bad breath is caused by gases given off by bad bacteria involved in gum disease.
My wife and I recently registered, with myself requiring an appointment for root canal treatment within a week or two. We soon received an appointment for registration and checkup, which was combined. My root canal treatment required was confirmed and a start made in about 1 week, which I was pleased with.

I have emailed twice no reply, I have phoned 3 times and the phone has been put down, the online booking system doesn't work, all I want is an appointment for a crown to be replaced as its completely come off and now exposing a stump that is leaving me in pain. I haven't been able to go to the surgery as I am clinically extremely vulnerable and I am not willing to risk unnecessary contact in such a closed environment as covid would be disastrous for me.
Does anyone know any other NHS dentist in Boston please I am getting desperate.

I’ve just moved dentist and my god it puts into light how terrible this place is. The wait times the staff it’s just appalling!
I’ve had problems with my teeth since I was a young adult (the past 15 years) I’ve had countless x-rays at this place and they have ensured me there’s nothing wrong. Year after year they have got worse and various dentists at this practice have ensured me there’s nothing there!
First visit at my new dentist he sees the issue before I’ve even told him there’s anything wrong with my teeth!!! Diagnosed and sorted although it will never, I repeat never be

Given a cover for my front tooth as i had a dead root stain it only cover it with orange
Got a filling for them to leave some of the decay in the tooth which turned infected
Has removed me from the practice because their records show i hadnt been there since 2016 which is not true at all
Was constantly booking appointments only for them to be cancelled and not inform me of the cancelation
Will not be signing back up no matter how much pain im in

First rate. cannot be faulted. Those who criticise delays should understand that if procedures underway before theirs throw up problems, there will be inevitable delays. This happens everywhere, doctors, vets, etc this needs to be understood. We cannot always have what we want just when we want it even in the best run places.

Over the last 5 months my dentist has provided the best dental care I've ever experienced, 3 of them months included lockdown. From start to finish the treatment provided was second to none. This was provided under the NHS, where you pay, I didn't get it for free. I've had a lot of work done and it's turned out fantastic. I have paid hundreds and hundreds of pounds in the past for private treatment without getting better results.
I'm over the moon with how my teeth look.

I can only speak for the dentist whom I personally have, but he is literally the best dentist I have ever had. He is extremely friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and I always feel like I am in safe hands.
I can highly recommend Boston Dental Centre.
The practice is clean, there is a customer toilet, which is always handy when you have kids. I have never had to wait long and never had trouble getting an appointment.

What strange people!
Called for Intravenous sedation (advertised on their website) and was told this is a service they offer....but only once every nine months!!!!
Spoke to a receptionist, who then put me onto another receptionist - who in her eyes was obviously slightly more senior, therefore had the authority to talk to me like a school girl.
On the up side, it has made me think about the way I run my business. I may decide to offer a free mail shot service. But only once every three years when there's a full moon and England win the world cup.
