Excellent quality by Patrick and his team, definitely the highest I've seen amongst all agencies in the Kensington/Knightsbridge/Chelsea area, they were extremely responsive and straightforward throughout the process which is quite rare these days. Highly recommended.

that estate agents have one agenda and that is to get a sale.I had the intention to purchase a property in Knightsbridge and accidentally stumbled on Nicolas Van Patrick (Nic).I was staggered with their honesty
and advice and there style was to build good will and
a strong business brand and not the hard sell.
It gives me hope that there are still a few businesses left out there that recognise that service builds a trusted brand.
