In your first meeting you will have an in depth conversation with your recruiter to help them best understand you and your specific job requirements. This conversation will include previous roles, education, personal experiences and what you feel you gained in these roles and where you want to go next.
Understanding your business is very important to us! This is why your Account Manager will visit you as often as possible to appreciate the ethos, chemistry and personality of your workplace.
