Critical: Professionalism
Can't comment on quality of their work as they never did anything. After three days l picked my car up in frustration. Total waste of time and left me without transport for no benefit. They also left my keys unattended on reception window sill. So l was able to walk in get my keys and drive off. Lucky it wasn't by someone else! Avoid!

Asked them to fit bushings on a car that I'd need to have ready for the weekend as I was attending an event , I was also treating this as my birthday day out, work not done and when the main guy got funny and said well why don't you just take your bits back because they won't be ready. Absolute disgrace told me it was the mornings job then the afternoons then when I turn up he says the lads haven't had chance to look at it yet, which is funny as his lad said he'd been told to do it in amoungst, I outlined what I needed doing and for when when I booked it in if you'd have said you won't have time
