The Flower Shop proprietor, Helen Aristidou, a seasoned florist with over 30 years of experience, ensures every order whether a single flower or gift wrapped or a complete wedding order is delivered perfect in every way. We know the only way to ensure regular custom is to please every time with quality, design and value.
Services
Should you need to speak to a customer service representative you can contact the florist directly using the contact details on the home page or "Contact Us" page. Should you need to amend or cancel an order you have placed we usually require 48 hours notice (72 hours at peak periods). We are however unable to make any changes to orders that have already been dispatched.
Whether your wedding is an intimate civil ceremony, at a formal banqueting room or a local church hall, every order we undertake is lovingly arranged and delivered with the utmost care. We love what we do and that is reflected in our work.

We sadly had to order funeral flowers for my mother in law recently.
The service we received from Helen at the flower shop was wonderful. As it is lockdown this was all done online and phone calls. Helen was so helpful and professional and gave us many more choices than were on website.
The flowers on the day were beautiful and we were delighted with them and service provide.
We will visit the shop personally to say thanks when we can and use them for all our flowers in future

The flowers for my daughter’s wedding on Saturday were stunning. Helen coped with three changes of date because of lockdown and a change of style when we moved from a spring to a winter wedding. The bride, the flower girls and boy looked delightful with their baskets and bouquets.

Helen was my florist on my wedding day. She is responsive, understand my request well and had given great ideas on the combinations and types of flowers for the day! Everybody in the wedding had praised the floral decorations. The flowers had also added very nice scent around the room which I was very pleased!
Her delivery was on time so we had no trouble.
The only star missing and room for improvement would be we were hoping the freshness of the flowers could last longer as by the next day some had started to perish. Nevertheless, on the most important day they looked stunning as can be seen
