Building a home extension can mean endless planning squabbles, endless dust, endless delays - and in some cases - endless excuses. We have considerable planning experience; we're council-trained and understand better than most the proper procedures, the regulations, and what to do. There are events we can't control, but we keep you in the loop - client communication is important to us.
We work with you to establish firstly your needs, secondly your wants, and thirdly your desires. This enables us to scope the project in line with the budget and give you as much as possible. We confirm this and the cost schedule in writing to you, and either work from existing architect plans or produce designs to delight you.
With critical analysis of interior and exterior space, imagination and knowledge, we can design and build a lifestyle change for you. Rear extensions can double the living area and its resale appeal. Taking the full width of a home opens up opportunities - large kitchen, playroom, sitting room with patio access, family room with garden views or a granny flat.
Loft conversions, a permitted development, don't need planning permission. There are certain conditions in certain properties, and we work within them to bring our clients beautifully appointed loft living. We research new construction methods, eco materials and insulation technology. Our build team are extremely professional, and aware they're working in a home.
