After care is a shambles! We bought my engagement ring from here and after a year of wearing it a prong broke. I took it to a local jewellers who said the ring was faulty (porous) and we should go back to the place we got it from. We got it repaired by Little Shambles, which we had to pay for, and it came back looking a mess. Tom, the owner, was rude, unsympathetic and we found it hard to trust Little Shambles to do any further work on the ring. He refused to accept the condition the ring was sent back to us in and that the ring was porous. We’ve since had it repaired elsewhere at a 3rd jewellers
