Very nice lady approached us as we walked in and we explained we just wanted one picture printed A4 and she did it in seconds!!! She could not have done more for us, unless she paid!!! Great lady and a credit to Snappy Snaps. Wish I'd taken her name. There were two ladies, but the one who helped us was the older lady. Not that the younger one did anything wrong, just she was helping someone else

Amazing and efficient staff! I came in to get my US visa photos taken. They helped me take the exact picture necessary downloaded it on my memory stick and off i went. Quick, friendly and efficient. When I returned to the store a couple weeks later asking for this image to be printed for an Irish Passport and my Visa interview not only was the process extremely fast and easy thanks to the wonderful staff, but it only cost me £2. As I was in recently for the taking of the picture the wonderful people must have decided to cut me a discount!

Extremely expensive. I went to snappy snaps for a passport photo. They charged me 36 GBP for 2 prints and a digital copy. I asked for the price of 2 additional prints and they increased it to 51 GBP. The service is average at best and there I find it incredibly hard to understand how they justify that price.

That said, it's not cheap. 19.99 for US visa or passport photos, but what can you do.
The service could be friendlier. The girl (who's an intern) who took my photo was nice enough, but her mentor was a bit mean. She kept telling me "absolutely no smile", even though it's not a rule for visa photos, but only for passport photos. I tried to explain it but she wouldn't listen.
It turns out these photos weren't needed for H1B renewal anyway, while

No one likes to have passport photos taken, but if you need them...you need them. And Snappy Snaps can get them to you quickly.
UK passport photos are 6 for £10. Done in under 10 minutes. If you need US pictures it's pricier (and for less photos). Why? I don't know. But the UK ones, that's pretty standard and the service is better than a photobooth.

Used these guys often and overall, great prints and great service!
Been to other snappy snaps and not been super impressed but here they're really friendly and when I went back once with prints with splotches, they took the time to explain what was wrong etc.
they've also reopened the door for me to pick up prints even though they'd closed.
Great service makes this place my favourite photo shop!

Great, efficient, friendly customer service, exceptional by any standard, and truly outstanding by orders of magnitude by London standards (yes, I am saying what you think I am saying).
Needed very simple job really - color printouts of 3 legal docs with charts asap for rush hand delivery. Done right away and on high quality paper. Snappy!
Why is that remarkable and worthy of 5 stars?
What differentiates them is the service. Immediate assistance, all 3 staff in the shop were pitching in, seeing what each customer needed and just doing it. It was like a ballet - well choreographed, seeming

What happens if plan A doesn't work? It is all about having a good plan B. In my case it was getting some fotos printed out for an internal presentation. I was lucky that I found Snappy Snaps near our office. You are able to upload your pics via a free app or with a foto tool that they offer online. It took me less than 5 min to upload the pics and put the order through. By the way the software allows you to do nice collages with fun prints on them. After one hour I got a mail saying that my pics are ready to get picked up. The staff was super friendly and remade the pics after I have seen

While I don't find them super friendly at this particular location, they do the job efficiently and in a timely manner. As for pricing, it ain't cheap (roughly 1.99 per postcard), but instead of buying a silly postcard with Buckingham Palace on it (which can also cost up to 1.50, I find this way of connecting with old friends way more personal and engaging.

Looking to get ripped off? Then Snappy Snaps is the place for you! Not even a hot name like "Snappy Snaps" can save this place in my eyes. Tried to get a couple U.S. passport size photos and they wanted £17.99 for two! UK passport photos were (if I remember correctly) £9.99 for 4 in comparison. I don't think so. Luckily, there is a Royal Mail Post Office pretty much directly across the street, so went there instead and paid £7 for 4 U.S. sized ones. £10 instant savings!
Getting regular pictures printed costs 99p each, still seemed a bit much in comparison to nearby chemists
