We love to see you virtually before your visit, Pre visit 30 minute consultations are run through zoom. Appointment times are 1.5Hrs. After our virtual consultation we already have a great idea on your style and carefully choose a selection of styles for you to fall in love with.

My experience in my appointment for wedding dress was amazing! Mrs Sharon and Mrs Laura are real professionals, kind and always with a smile. They were very helpful, they understood at once the style of wedding dress that I was looking for and brought me fast the dresses that I could try. I was alone at my appointment as my sister and friends could not come at that day but I had a great time. Mrs Sharon and Mrs Laura made me feel really comfortable, I tried many dresses, Mrs Sharon gave me nice tips regarding the dresses, Mrs Laura was always happy to take me photos with every dress I was trying

I had a fantastic experience at Gillian Roberts Bridal and I can't recommend them enough. Laura and Sharon were absolutely fantastic. They were really knowledgeable and honest about what suited me. They are also incredibly kind and helpful and the appointment was such a joy. Both found me a few dresses to try on which worked with my preferences and figure and helped me find the one! I'm so grateful to them both for their help and very happy I came to Gillian Roberts. You need not look anywhere else for your wedding dress! Fantastic service and a beautiful store - thank you.

AMAZING ! I had the most wonderful experience at Gillian Roberts Bridal with both my sister and my mum present. I had been to a number of shops prior and they were no near as friendly and accommodating. Sharon was SO lovely; very friendly and helpful and made the experience so pleasant, but as my wedding was pushed back 18 months due to COVID, all the staff was amazing ! They kept me updated even though my dress was with The Sewing Rooms for alterations. They have a variety of dresses and allow more than enough time for appointments, which meant I could try on so many until I found 'the one' and

I couldn’t be happier with everything from start to finish! Emma, Laura and the rest of the staff made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the shop! The care they put into making sure you choose the right dress is unparalleled and we had some good laughs too! I was given different dresses to try on to make sure I would choose the right one for me and once a decision was made, everyone agreed that the dress I choose was the one! I looked and felt like a princess on the day! Thank you so much for everything! 😁

After having had a less than ideal experience at a different bridal shop, its fair to say I was dreading buying my wedding dress. I needn't have worried at all though - Sharon and Laura were everything you could ever want and were real life fairy god mothers! Sharon put me immediately at ease, and made it a wonderful experience for me, my mum and sister. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress, picking dresses that suited me and celebrated my curves. Couldn't recommend Gillian Roberts Bridal enough! Friendly, down to earth with so much love and care for brides!

I went for trying a couple of wedding dresses I saw online a couple months ago. Emma was being super helpful! I really appreciated everything she did. She made me and my friend feel so welcomed. At the end, she helped me got the wedding dress I love!! I truly enjoyed the experience and look forward to my lovely dress.
