Ashton Reeves will take a fee for introducing a Tenant to the Landlord's property, this amount will be deducted to the Agent from the first month's rent. Within this service Ashton Reeves will market and advertise your property, erect a board in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and carry out accompanied viewings.
