I bought this insurance for my first car. I bought it on 10th of March. I was told, engineer will call me, when he can come and insinst a black box, so they could track how i am breaking, excalarating and etc. Nobody called me, but i gogot a text message that they will come on 2nd of April and install that black box ( if i wont install it they will cancel my inaurance and charge 75£ ) so engineer came, he installed it and everything was fine. On website i can see my points and so on. Today i received a letter that my insurance will be cancelled because i dont have a black box installed !?! The
