Depending on your requirements, we can manage the whole process from an idea, a sketch, photograph or drawing all the way through to finished parts, components, blanks or built assemblies in quantities or one- off specials. Although we retain the culture of a small family owned engineering business, we have evolved to be able to handle the biggest jobs from our major customers - just ask them!

We aim to build long - term relationships with our customers by providing them with an excellent service and delivery performance and some really good engineering solutions based on our depth of experience and innovation. Our typical delivery time is 2 to 3 days but we can offer same day or next collection service if required.

Profiling Report

Flame cutting - often also called flame profiling, oxyacetylene cutting, gas cutting or metal burning is a very effective way to cut and shape carbon and alloy steel plate. In addition to being experts on lighter plate, our technicians regularly cut varying thicknesses of wear plate including Hardox / Abro up to 150mm.

Machining Report

Maxco Engineering offers access to machining services with a large array of machining capacity and capabilities. We provide customers with services for horizontal and vertical turning and boring, surface grinding and precision milling. We also offer machining with turret and centre lathes, radius drilling arm, turning up to 6 tonnes and milling up to 4 tonnes.

Engineering Report

We offer a comprehensive range of engineering services under one roof and have technical staff who have been involved in supplying specialised engineering, drilling, welding and fabrication solutions for more than 25 years. These skills have been applied to a wide range of projects for applications in the most demanding industries including Oil and Gas, Materials Handling, Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction and Transport.
