As we move further along in the lockdown exit roadmap, we have changed our opening hours in line with Government guidelines. We will, of course, also be able to take orders online and you will be able to collect from the shop and say hi (we've missed you all) or order for delivery. We will still be available on the phone until 5pm for all orders including funeral Flowers.

At the age of eighteen, I opened my first floristry shop, which I called 'The House of Flowers' - not a very original name but at least it was my business! It was so exciting. I owned the shop for twelve years and during that time I continued to study gaining NVQ's in floristry and a diploma in business.

Very, very disappointed in the flowers for my dear Dad's funeral. Not at all like the photographs on the website, sparse arrangement and cheap flowers used. My Dad deserved much better than this.
A hostile, couldn't care less attitude when we spoke to the shop about them.
I will never be using this florist again.

Defensive attitude and unhelpful
Flowers I recieved were disappointing compared to the picture on Eflowers. They were not the colours in the picture and there were far fewer stems. When I went into the shop to discuss this, the immediate reaction was to tell me how little they get paid to do these orders and second was that the flowers must have been ordered last minute (they weren't). Accordig to the shop Eflowers were wholly to blame for misleading marketing. However I was made to feel in the wrong and uncomfortable. I also wonder why a florist was unable to supply pink flowers in August!

Arranged for an Exotic Bouquet to be delivered for my Mum today (ive had the same Bouquet at least a dozen times from here and never had a problem before) The flowers my mum received today are nothing at all like she normally receives, the flowers used today looked really cheap and plain and nothing at all like they usually look. I called the shop to advise just incase my order has been mixed up with another order and the lady on the phone was really apologetic she tried to explain the problem to the owner what had happened and all i could hear was the owner shouting whats she expect me to do about
