Agreed to have my roof replaced by them, start date was continually delayed by them. After calling them several times, I gave up trying and went elsewhere after 6 months of waiting.
They require you to sign a form saying that you agree that they will do the work and that you won't go somewhere else but they don't honour it.
Also heard that they managed to set fire to a premise while replacing a roof.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
They worked on our neighbours house but managed to remove our flashing and some of our ridge tiles. Our roof was left open to the elements for 3 days so far. Can't get an emergency repair or cover from anywhere. Roofers also dropped nails and tiles on to our cars and driveways. I would never use these people.
