Look beyond the older reviews as this is no longer a professional broker but manned by call staff.
I have had 2 incidents in a multi car policy that I had to manage to get paid out.
The responses by Novo staff is fully visible on emails and to me is nigh on illegal and would not expect from a back street outfit let alone an entity that tries to portray itself as being exemplary.

What can I say about Novo?
My first experience was as a non-customer. Someone recessed into my mother's car that i had driven any was parked up in. Despite the admission of guilt (we were parked!), My mother's insurance didn't want to know as she wasn't driving it, and mine refused to do anything since I'm insured for damage I caused. And the other party's broker refused to discuss with me cos of data protection. After 2 days of messing around on the phone with call centres, I called Novo. Within the hour they got the admission of fault, and arranged for my mother's car to be collected & repaired
