There are different options available for refurbishment; stripping up the failing system and replacing it, or overlaying the existing system. Zero stars. I insisted my contractor use an authorised Bauder installer after his delays caused ply to get water damaged and start to delaminate. The Bauder installer was told the contractor was to replace delaminated ply before installation of the water proofing, but instead the installer (GRM Roofing) installed over the delaminated ply. I now have a flat roof and terrace with 18mm ply which is bowing beneath my feet and the only way to replace it is to take all the waterproofing and render finishes off. All of the waterproofing by GRM Roofing is worthless as it has to be uplifted, as is the Bauder
