The Bridal Room

I recently visited the Bridal Room with my Mum and Vereena was so lovely and welcoming. She provided a wealth of knowledge and made me feel very relaxed and at ease when trying on the beautiful dresses. It was such a lovely experience and Vereena knew exactly what would suit me straight away. Thank you so much!

Had a really lovely experience at The Bridal Room Bristol, recently. Vereena was completely amazing and so helpful. I went into the shop feeling quite apprehensive, but came out feeling totally relaxed and so thrilled to have found "the dress". Thanks so much for all you help and for a great experience.

So disappointed! When I went with my mum we gave a budget for the dress. The 2 ladies were then selecting the dresses as we weren't allowed to touch them! ( I was in the other 7 shops I went to) . I narrowed it down to my favourite only to be told it was £500 over the budget I mentioned. I was very disappointed and upset. One of the ladies went to speak with the manager and all they could offer was 10% off but I had to buy on the day. As I was upset that they didn't look at the price tag ( or did they as this was exactly what I asked for and hoped I got it) feeling rushed made it even worse!

Went to The Bridal Room today for 5 bridesmaids dresses. The service we received from Ann and Laurie was absolutely brilliant. They were very welcoming, helpful. patient, friendly and they made our day brilliant. We was a large group and even during these times they really helped us out. Thank you so much ladies, you helped make it a really lovely experience for us 😊😊😊😊😊😊

From the moment I walked in what a lovely lady sue was couldn’t have been more welcoming so helpful and appreciated the support I recieved I am so over the moon with my dream dress can’t wait to go back for the fitting highly recommended 😘 xx

I had the most amazing experience today! Everybody was so accommodating, welcoming, patient. My experience was everything i could’ve hoped for and more. Thank you Vereena for making it so special and for the tissues on hand when ‘I said yes’ to the dress! Cannot wait to come back and try it on all Over again 🥰 xx

I had my first appointment at The Bridal room on Saturday with the lovely Sue. I was nervous beforehand as I don’t wear dresses but Sue put my mind at ease and was very helpful and picked out some lovely dresses for me to try on. Nothing was too much hassle and I felt really comfortable towards the end of my appointment. I ended up saying yes to a beautiful dress and I’m super excited to return for future appointments.

I had my wedding dress appointment with the wonderful Vereena this morning and she went above and beyond to find me the perfect dress. Despite covid restrictions, the appointment didn't feel rushed, or pressured, and the staff were so devoted to helping me find the perfect dress, which I did!
From the little details such as adding accessories or… talking to the seamstresses about alterations, everyone was so lovely and helpful throught the process. I can't thank The Bridal Room enough for the wonderful dress shopping experience, I'll never forget it!

I had a really lovely experience finding my wedding dress at The Bridal Room. Due to covid restrictions they asked my preferences via email and pre-selected some dresses for me. When I arrived, Vereena greeted us and was so warm and friendly. She showed me the pre-selected dresses and we swapped some for others I preferred. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Thank you so much Vereena and colleagues - we had so much fun and can’t wait to come back to see my dress in a few months!

Sadly I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. The customer service is extremely poor and I was not made to feel welcome on entering the shop. During my consultation I was not helped in and out of the bridal dresses and when I came out of the changing room the dresses (most of which were huge) were pulled in by the shop assistant hands? Fortunately I found a sample dress in my size which I bought and paid for in full on the day. This is the only time the shop assistant seemed interested in me. After observing pictures of the dress when I got home I saw it had 2 large pulls in the material

Although I purchased my dress from another shop (due to this shop being far from my Mum and me wanting her to be involved as well as the shop not stocking the particular designer I eventually chose). I had such a positive experience with The Bridal Room. They were extremely friendly and accomodating, making a last minute change to my appointment time so my Mum could attend my appointment. They were very kind, welcoming and friendly in store and they made the experience of trying dresses on a special one. I have already recommended the store to a friend who lives locally. They have a beautiful selection

What a disappointment! My daugther found her ideal bridesmaid dress here 18 months ago. At the time, she was prepared to put down a deposit but was informed that was not necessary - there was plenty of time and the dress could be ordered 6 months prior to her wedding in July 2013. A few months later she returned with 3 of her 4 bridesmaids for them to be measured. Again she was not advised to place a deposit but to return 6 months before the wedding to finalise arrangements.
Imagine our dismay when in January 2013 she has discovered that the dress has been discontiued. Bridal Rooms did not contact

I visited The Bridal Room yesterday and I had a fantastic (and emotional) experience. Sarah helped me throughout my appointment and she was so helpful. When I arrived I had no idea about what I was looking for. Despite liking lace it didn't look right on and we tried a pink & ivory dress instead, which wasn't really for me. Sarah suggested I tried a dress with just a touch of sparkle on and it was perfect for me! Once again, I can't thank the staff at The Bridal Room enough for making me feel like a princess!
