Marketing covers so many areas of promoting your business, often it is difficult to know where to start. We start at the beginning, we take a look at what materials you currently use to promote your business and then we look at who your target market is. Once these have been covered, we work to create a marketing plan or material that fulfils your requirements.
People are more stimulated visually and 90% of the information transmitted to the brain is visual. According to research, coloured visuals increase people's willingness to read a piece of content by 80%. So now you understand it is so important to use graphics in your marketing materials, and this applies to all platforms of marketing.
Most people and businesses will have a least one social media profile. One question we are asked time and time again is, 'Which social media profiles should I have?' Our answer is always the same - the ones where your target market are active. When you know where your target market are active, we work with you to create a social media strategy.
If your business is active on social media and does not have a strategy there is a good chance that you will not be reaching your goals or your target audience. We work with you to define your target market, which platforms they are active on and the best way to engage with them. A common mistake that businesses make is that all of their posts of related to their business, this should only make up 30% of your activity.
Once your strategy is defined, we manage your social media accounts on your behalf. We build a bank of pre-approved posts, which we add to on a weekly or monthly basis and we create a bank of images for use with these posts. Posts are then published on your chosen platforms on a regular basis, this can be daily, bi-weekly or weekly depending on how much presence you require.

I’ve been using Mood Design for a number of years now, and what I ask them to do has expanded over that time.
At first it was graphic design, and a refreshed logo and brand identity. The feedback from people straightaway was that Mood’s design much better reflected who I am and my approach to my work. I asked them to design a leaflet too, and what I got was light years away from the standard tri-fold A4 format. It still looks fresh and draws admiring comments.
