In 1960, Frits Goldschmeding, the founder of Randstad, took his very first temp worker to work on the back of his bike. He personally made sure that she knew exactly where to go and that she would arrive on time. As a true entrepreneur, Mr Goldschmeding listened to his clients and his candidates. He took the time and effort to get to know them personally.
It was this approach that ultimately guaranteed a good match between a candidate, a client and the culture of their organization. It started with a bicycle and an idea, the foundation of Randstad Uitzendbureau in 1960. We'd like to briefly commemorate this special occasion by sharing some highlights in our history.

I've worked as a supply teacher for Randstad for many years. They are a great company to work for, the staff are always friendly and professional. Winnie always responds promptly to any questions regarding issues like timesheets, and quickly resolves them. They lie tell you the contract is longer thannit actualy is. Dont pay on time have to chase your wages and no one evr answers the phone. Very poor. I recomend venture contracts. They are good at paying on time and not greedy like ranstad. Venture pay tol money too.

I have had an excellent experience with Randstad Education.
My consultant Danielle has been extremely professional, consulted and communicated with me at every point. She is prompt with answering questions and emails and best of all has helped me secure a temporary position.

Very attentive to begin with, can't get enough of you, calling or emailing every day then drop you like a hot stone. Don't respond to emails or calls. Don't inform you whether you have been successful or not after interviews. If you want to employ staff to be ambassadors for your company then i suggest you lead by example. Would never use them again to look for work or new employees, much better companies out there to use.

I started working for Randstad Education in October last year and have been very happy with the experience. Everyone in the team is very friendly and helpful. I am given a steady number of bookings each week that are in my area and so easy to get to and I really like the schools that I am sent to. I can honestly say that Ranstad is a fantastic supply agency to work for, having worked for others in the past. I have been working for them since October 2017. Teaching jobs provided are always local and the work is regular and steady. The team at Luton are highly professional and organised and have always dealt with any queries over the phone quickly and effectively. Amy Brooks and the whole team are so friendly and supportive - I thoroughly recommend this agency to any teachers who are considering supply teaching.
