If you do have a complaint, we will do our best to resolve it. However, if you are not happy with our response, the Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to help. The Financial Ombudsman Service is an agency for arbitrating on unresolved complaints between regulated firms and their clients. PSA (Financial Services) has worked with the Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation (was LCFC Foxes Foundation) since 2008. Each year our employees volunteer as bucket collectors at Alan Birchenall's annual end of season run at King Power Stadium, for supporters to donate. Alan Birchenall is joined by a small army of fund-raisers year on year for a gruelling 90-minute run around the pitch ahead of kick-off.

Worst car lease company I have ever used. Never respond to emails and when my car was collected and the end of the lease they tried to charge for items that were their at the time of delivery. Next time I will make sure I am dealing direct with the manufacturer and not through a broker and certainly not P S A!

Took out finance with evan halshaw for a car. Got told I can pay off early without fees and without paying the monthly interest
I rang to settle 2 years after getting out the 5 year lease to be told I had been paying interest and a small portion of my car and still basically had all my car to pay for as I was paying the interest for 2 years!
The attitude on the phone are atrocious and they are very hard to get hold of, wanting you to do everything from an online account.
I would avoid these if I could. Would never use again!!

We have used Paul and his team's services over a number of years. They have helped us remortgage, move house and also helped my mother-in-law, who wasn't confident about buying her first home so late in life. They took their time to explain things each step of the way, no question was a daft one and their response and follow ups are always quick.
They are a family owned and run business and that's their core; family values.

Come to speak about my voluntary termination qnd they 100% screwed me over refinanced my car and my 50% marker with speaking to me about it leaving me having to pay thousands more. Then when I filed complaint they sent me a final reply again without contacting me like they said they would saying they would not speak to me to resolve it as they weren't interested, absolutely disgusted with them and I've never missed a payment over 2 and a half years. Do not recommend

We have had our yearly meeting with Alex Glen recently although due to lock down it had to be over the phone.
In this day and age when people are all to eager to complain I must say how happy my wife and I are with the way Alex has advised us and invested our savings. He has made our retirement more comfortable to enjoy knowing we have the support of a excellent financial advisor, he is a credit to your company.
