I took my Audi A6 eatate for its MOT here and have nothing but praise for the team. They did great work and have very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5*. They were VERY good in diagnosing my vehicle after 2 other garages had identified as a turbo failure and £2000 for the works, they found out it was a failed sensor that cost me "only" £360 in total. The problem is that phone calls and emails are never answered, their contact page on website doesn't work and it took FOREVER to get hold of the parts and get this sorted. Luckily I could still use the car in restricted performance during that time as they also did not have any courtesy cars available. I do recommend them for Land Rover repairs but beware of time frames

Booked a DPF clean on my BMW. Dropped the car off first thing. 7 hours later around 3.30pm and no call from them so after around an hour of trying to get through( no one answers the phone there) I managed to get though and said I was coming down as my wife was going out and had no way else of getting there. I arrived and no one on front desk waited… and was eventually told my car was out being road tested. Went away and came back 2 mins later, saw my car parked up. Waited a further 30 mins in the crampt front desk area before someone could be bothered to come out. Paid then went away. When

After taking my car in for a simple auxiliary belt replacement I was told the car would be fixed by the end of the day. I was never called for 2 days and had to turn up to the garage to be told the work cannot be done straight away. I left the car with the garage for one more day with promises to order new parts and fix the work - again they never answered the phone to my calls or could not give me any updates on the car or even a quote for any work they would plan to do on it. I had to arrive at the garage to be told another garage is towing the car away (I had not arranged this) so I got the

The team here are professional and polite. I called them after being told by several other garages that my car was basically a write off. They promised to be able to fix it for a fraction of the cost of the other places and they did. They let me know how they were getting on and there were no hidden charges. The work was of a great quality, and they even cleaned the car before returning it, and as I have a dog three kids and two horses it was hideous inside and out. I will only use them in future. I'm so impressed with Shane and the team. I took my Range Rover in after JLR main dealer told me I needed a new turbo.
No turbo needed, it was a small oil leak coming from above the turbo. They diagnosed this for free and had the car back and ready for a trip to Scotland the next day.
I popped back 3 weeks later, oil leak was from within the V and they fixed it perfectly, just drove to Cambridge, car running perfectly
Can't recommend them enough, especially for Range Rovers, they have superb knowledge.
Nice folks too.

Had my A class serviced with these guys, they mucked up my booking, but i made sure they collected my vehicle. The same day, they took it to shepperton high street for a good 10 minutes,, AA flagged my driving needed improving, recently had Mercedes take a look underneath my pristine car, to notice some major damage to my undertray, next time, watch the speedhumps

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DESPERATELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE. Recently booked in my Blue Honda civic for a full service, Coolant leak repair, timing belt replacement and indicator light fault. After calling multiple times to chase them up to do the work Car was eventually picked up 2 days after booking at 7:25am. When car was returned I wanted to put coolant fluid in and noticed that the lever used to open the bonnet was damaged and the damaged part was just left on the dashboard, the damage was such that I could not open my bonnet. I also noticed they didn't bother to fix indicator lights

Went here today to find 2 fellas sat in the office I asked one of them if they could take a look at my van as I know the bushes was gone but need to know which ones and was told point blank no with no explanation I do t see how theses lads make a trade as there arrogant and rude would advise people to seek work done elsewhere
