As well as making standard size products, our customers tell us their exact requirements and we create a bespoke product to meet their needs, and this is still true today. When we began Hi Fi Racks, we committed to only ever working with solid hardwoods, sourcing the highest quality sustainable timbers from around the world including oak, cherry, walnut and mahogany.

All of our solid hardwood products are handmade-to-order within our UK workshop in rural Leicestershire. In line with our motto of "one size does not fit all", our products can be made to any width, depth or height to suit your requirements. A few years ago I needed a new stand and after much searching around decided upon an Akorner reference. As I needed a number of specific modifications I contacted Hi Fi racks and arranged to have exactly what was required. Customer service was superb , rack arrived and was exactly what I asked for.
Time moved on and I recently needed new speaker stands, once again I received superb service and the stands were duly delivered. Unfortunately, the colour was not what I needed, I hasten to add that it was exactly what I ordered, but not match for the rack.
