The installation men were very pleasant and gave us good clear advice / instructions on how to look after our door. We were very impressed with the ethos & commitment of your company which was reflected on our two fitters Mark & Dave.
Our fitting time was scheduled between lunch time - early afternoon however due to the original crew being delayed at their first job in Newton Aycliffe, Mark & Dave travelled from York following completion of their first call - landed with us about 3.15 - cheerful & not complaining but got straight on with the job (we made sure they were well looked after refreshment wise!) - they worked hard well into the evening to make sure our new lounge window was fitted to the high standard expected from your company.

We received quotations from two businesses for new facias, soffits and gutters. The wriiten quotation from Chatswoirth was amateurish being sparse in detail, badly written and clearly focused on windows which we were not ordering. However, having used Chatsworth before and received a competitive quote, we signed a contract and paid a large deposit. The salesman assured us the price was fixed! 6 weeks later, however after a survey, they requested an extra £1500 (23%) for additional scafolding. Not surprisingly, we were not happy, cancelled the contract for a refund and went to a more professional

Just had panoramic doors fitted by Rob and Rich at Chatsworth. They arrived on time and got straight on with job. Although is was raining it didn't stop them or slow them down, they were very polite and professional and s credit to the company. I am very pleased with doors and would definitely recommend Chatsworth to anyone looking for glazing home improvement.
