Services
Family Solicitors based in Yeovil, we serve the South West from Exeter to Salisbury and Bristol to Taunton. We specialise in relationship agreements, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial settlements, children, restrictive orders, plus Wills, LPA's and Probate advice.

If you need family legal advice, whether you are splitting up from your partner or spouse, or you need to make a Will or a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), Routh Clarke are here to guide you through the legal process. We will always give clear understandable advice and will be the voice of reason at what can be extremely difficult and emotional times.
It is a very sad fact that many relationships between couples break down and when they do, it can cause not only a great deal of heartache, but it can also become a long drawn out and costly matter. Relationship agreements are legally drawn up documents which can help protect you from unnecessary cost and litigation in the future.
It is a sad fact that in England and Wales half of marriages end in divorce. However, with less than 1% of cases being defended, it means they are being dealt with as a paper exercise only. Our aim is to help you navigate your way through divorce and dissolution law procedures. We set out the basics you have to know and also have a more detailed procedure chart.
If you are considering divorce/dissolution or separation and you have children, you will want to ensure the minimum disruption to their lives. Sometimes parents are able to agree the living arrangements and child maintenance payments for their children in an amicable way or with the help of mediation.
Our Wills and Trusts section is extremely comprehensive and includes lots of information to help you make decisions about your Will. We have answered many questions people have about Wills and includes our Seven Step Guide to Writing A Will and our Simple Will Planner which will guide you through the Will writing process.
