Raycon's Online Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Service (BCS) provides onsite backup appliances which utilise snapshot technology to continually backup all data drives on all physical and virtual Windows servers; including Storage Area Network (SAN) data. Raycon have developed a portfolio of support services to address the needs of corporate and other organisations for cost-effective, flexible expert advice and fixes. Pre-paid, remote technical support for server and / or desktop faults requiring an onsite visit, and for desktop integration projects.
Consult-IT is essentially a method of budgeting for IT investments that are inevitably required on a random basis or planned basis. It not only offers considerable savings but also eliminates unexpected bills. Desktop Consult-IT time can be used in one hour blocks to investigate problems remotely (on computers that are not covered by Phone-IT / Remote-IT) and to resolve faults onsite that cannot be resolved remotely.
Our Phone and Remote-IT support service is provided by support specialists who are fully trained to provide telephone support for a wide range of networks and software applications. Raycon provides telephone support Monday-Friday between 08:30 and 18:30 (with extended and 24-hour cover available as an option) and offers a 1 hour response.
