We recognise that you may not want to visit our showroom at the moment, which is why we're offering a remote test drive or home test drive service. A remote test drive involves a member of our sales team providing you with a personal walk around video or a video call we can answer any questions at the same time.
Our service package is designed to be transparent, simple and provide outstanding value. No matter how old your Nissan, our prices are fixed. Simply choose from a major or minor service for a petrol (from 229), diesel (from 269) or EV (from 159) Nissan, and in return receive fantastic added benefits.
We were looking for another Micra as our last one lasted over 100,000 miles with little going wrong. Matt couldn't have been nicer and we loved the fact there is no hard sell and he kept in our budget. He also sorted out a problem post sale with the DVLA for me very quickly. This was our first purchase from Rowstock and we found the service we had was absolutely brilliant and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Good response from Service reception. Offered to loan a car instead of collection to reduced Environmental damage. Created video promptly & communicated well. Only problem was I have an automatic car but the loan car was manual. I don't remember being asked if that was a problem. It was. I have a difficulty with gear changing. Otherwise all Aok. Thanks.

We purchased a new Qashqai from MATT in sales and could not fault the service the he provided, the company were super careful as the purchase was made at the end of 'Lockdown' so all measures were in place to keep us safe !
we had previously purchased a new Juke from Motorline Nissan in Reading and whilst they were professional, they lacked the personal touch and the friendly 'nothing was to much trouble' attitude that Matt and the staff at had at Rowstock, yet still remaining professional !
we were unable to get the full handover due to the social distancing and yet Matt is there on the end
