Grace and the team at Uptown have provided an excellent professional service at all times. I always found the consultants helpful and well informed. I was well looked after from the time I started to work for them till the day our working relationship came to an end (3 years). After recently retiring an opportunity to return to work appeared for a part time post. I have never worked for agency and I did not know how things would work out.
I have to say I met Grace and Cindy who were very professional in dealing with me. I had no issues with my terms and conditions and my pay was always paid on the correct date.
I felt supported and knowing I could contact them by phone or email if I needed to.
My contract was extended several times and all paperwork was updated.
Very good customer experience between all.
