Ordered a rainbow fleece jacket on the 20 thof th February and eventually arrived 5 weeks later on the 22 nd of March. I ordered a small and the fleece arrived it is a 44 inch chest.This to me is a Medium Man's size.As I am 8 to 10 this is of no use to me.
Contacted Customer service who said there is nothing they can do. This is of no use to me and I am very disappointed. A waste of £30.The embroidery was very nice but beware when ordering the size is much larger than anticipated

The experience of Rocket was excellent from start to finish. Liz provided helpful and appropriate advice at the outset and was very accomodating in allowing me to take a variety of sizes of shirt to support my golf ladies choice. The end product, produced with consultation and at speed is very good indeed. We can't wait to show them off in our next match!

Absolutely perfect. We ordered tshirts with printing and embroidery, and a bunch of bags, leggings, hats, and other merch. It was a complicated order with a V fast turnaround, and Liz who I spoke to was the ultimate professional. Rocket delivered everything before the deadline, and it was ALL superior quality. Clearly take pride in what they do. Would highly recommend, and will be ordering from them again! Thanks so much Rocket, you are stars (and got me lots of kudos from the other organisers).
