As a parallel service we will act on the clients behalf to oversee all building work, including but not limited to: writing specification of works for contractors to price, assisting in selecting a suitable contractor, sourcing of all suppliers, organisation of all work on site in liaison with the contractor, ensuring all products arrive on site when needed to avoid costly delays, regular site visits and meetings with clients to give updates on progress and budget control down to final snagging and project sign off.
