The Caraires Recruitment Consultancy was founded in 2007 by Nicola Carrouch and Sharon Aires, who have over 40 years of recruitment experience between them. This is the easiest recommendation I could offer anyone. Caraires have a family feel that pulls you in and see's you right. The only job opportunities offered are high turnover roles in which employees are treated badly for companies such as CIA and Cemex. The agency is aware of the high turnover and staff treatment and clearly have some sort of exclusive deal with these dubious companies

I contacted on a Thursday, I got booked in for the following day, was offered a coffee as soon as arriving, (best coffee). Spoke to Matt regarding the job we spoke about on the phone about starting work immediately, very very welcoming
I then received a call back with an hour or so the day of meeting the team, to start work straight away

What I will add is, if you do start working at E - Warehouse and you’re not working up to a fast pace they will dismiss you immediately, I was at the place for 5 days and was told that I was doing well, however, Matt contacted me with there feedback
