Hi my name is Paul and welcome to my web site. I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and I am passionate about road safety. To tell you a little bit about myself. I left school at 17 and joined the Royal Air Force where I served for 38 years. During my time in the military I was lucky enough to travel all around the world and met some fantastic and interesting people.
It was whilst in the military that I found that I had a flare and passion for coaching students and helping them to reach their full potential. My family settled into North Yorkshire 15 years ago after we fell in love with the Yorkshire Dales and we continue to enjoy the close community life this offers.

Please note taking a course does not guarantee that you will pass, however, if you successfully complete all the targets in the LDC workbook it is highly probable that you will.Learning to drive, using the LD System, can be spread over several weeks and lessons can be booked individually or in a block at a discount.

Let me introduce the unique Learner Driving tuition system (LD System), a system that has been designed for maximum progress and ease of learning. It is a system where each driving lesson is carefully planned and follows a set programme with clearly defined targets, where the instructors use professional training materials and modern training methods to ensure training is both effective and enjoyable.
Endorsements, penalty points and driving bans will no longer be recorded on driving licences, but will instead only be accessible online. For insurance purposes, before your first driving lesson your Instructor is required to check your full licence details to see the vehicles you're allowed to drive, and to check for penalty points and disqualifications.
I would definitely recommend Paul, he is a great instructor. His focused method of teaching really helped with growing my confidence on the road, and I was able to pass first time. If you need extra help with any of the topics, he is always able to recommend extra videos and gives detailed explanations using diagrams to adapt to your learning style.
