Bought a car that met my expectations. The car I bought had lower than average miles for being 10 yrs. Clean interior, good body with minor nicks. More importantly, I changed the oil, glow plugs, all new filters, air, cabin, and fuel. MOT showed some items requiring attention but will get them sorted in time. I do recommend M.B. Cars, just makes sure your expectations are realistic and understand what you are buying.

Collected my car today from Michael Banks cars and I'm super happy! Fantastic service from the day we went to view some cars to collecting it. No pushy service, was handed the keys to view at our own leisure and couldn't have gone to any more effort for us. We got a car from them about 6 weeks ago, they messed up in regards to who could be the person financing the car resulting in us going back and redoing all the paperwork. The car was then sold with dodgy breaks which they said “they are working perfectly fine” 2 weeks later the brake fluid light comes on which would explain why the breaks were so slow and dangerous. They said they serviced it again which clearly wasn’t true otherwise it would’ve been picked up. Overall wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be back.

Absolutely top class, bought a van from here (no complaints from the vehicle whatsoever) but the thing that stood out to me was the astonishingly good attitude from the staff, no pestering or bothering, very useful and informative and no bs either. 10/10
