United Legal Assistance is a friendly, honest and professional team with over 20 years experience in the insurance and claims management industry. We aim to provide a quality and memorable service, whether working on behalf of the broker or while representing the client. United Legal was founded in 2014, by brothers Adam and Gavin.
Our A-rated Legal Expenses Policies are underwritten by RSA Insurance and provide 100,000 indemnity for legal costs, incurred pursuing the recovery of uninsured losses. The policy covers all types of vehicles, authorised drivers and passengers. The cover also protects them from the risk of any legal costs that may be incurred as a result of an accident.
We provide accident replacement vehicles on a credit hire basis to clients that have been involved in non-fault incidents. Credit Hire is essentially the provision of a hire vehicle to a non-fault party for a period while their vehicle is not available for use. This could be while repairs to a vehicle are taking place or if the vehicle is not repairable until the client receives their total loss payment.
With our team having over 25 years' experience in handling motor claims, we have the skills and expertise to take accident management a level further, by providing a Third-Party intervention service. This service means that our handlers will diligently attempt to contact the Third Party after an incident, and look to provide a replacement vehicle if required, as well as arrange any required repairs.

This company spoofed an insurance company, they have fraudulently misrepresented the insurance company. Tried to call to understand their role in claims management and the agent refused to provide contact details and company information, stating it was a breach of gdpr - I could not find their contact details on the internet and their employee told me they were employed by accident exchange, were an umbrella company of accident exchange, worked alongside etc. and eventually said they were called legal assist. My wife has been in a accident today she's in bloody aggany she was a passenger in her dad's car ambulance came just got home phone call from insurance then straight to a solicitor wife told her 3 times can you ring me back, solicitor replied I need a statement now money money money that's all the big companys think about.

These people led me to believe they were Shiela's Wheels, by answering phone as " claims line" after googling my insurance company, looked legit - beware they are not they are claim handlers. My insurance company where not even aware I had had an RTC. Shielas Wheels/Esure are investigating fraud.
I RANG THEM AGAIN TODAY AND THE GUY ANSWERED "CLAIMS LINE" WHEN I SAID IS THAT SHIELAS WHEELS? HE DEFINATELY SAID YES THE CLAIM LINE

I was a passenger in an accident that was not our drivers fault. Called United legal and they arranged the vehicle to be collected within less an hour and received a replacement vehicle the next day (was a Sunday the accident happened on). Did not have to pay a penny and all the costs had been recovered from the person at faults insurer and did not have to pay for the services. Would recommend!
