Trying for three days to speak to someone about an advertised traffic management role. This person is never available to discuss the role, staff adamant to call you back first thing in the morning (usually not great for TM lads either that's the busiest time of their day or they're asleep because a lot is done on NIGHTSHIFT) maybe know a little bit about the industry before you start recruiting for it?passed around the office a few times being ignored, working nightshift and being asleep doesn't seem to be a good enough reason to not want someone to call you in the morning for this lot.
