The key to the successful design and delivery of our projects is ESA's studio culture. Our architectural teams bring together a wide range of expertise, experience and skill sets. The breadth of work across our sectors is not based on any one architectural style, but seeks clarity and direction generated by the design process.

As you'd expect our staff, their professional and social welfare, remain of central importance to the success of our business. Social events through the year take the form of semi-formal monthly meetings (to update on business progress, etc) as well as softball in the park, race-days, go karting and velodrome moments!

The practice's reputation reflects our continued success across many sectors. Clients include blue chip owner-occupiers, local authorities, leading developers, major contractors and private individuals. I appointed ESA as they demonstrated a great track record in the South East UK office sector.

They quickly understood our design brief challenges related to workplace collaboration, performance and inherent safety, whilst having an equal eye on value and architectural merit.The concept of a workplace design was more important than a building design in the important initial stages. I do believe that when construction is finished, Subsea 7 shall have one of the best workplaces in London.
