Just back from a fabulous weekend at this hotel. We didn't know what to expect. The friendliest staff I have ever met, the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. The food was absolutely delicious. We will be back! Thanks to everyone for making a 50th birthday exceptional! You all made a real difference!

The drive from To Kileel was delightful. So much lovely scenery. Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very polite receptionist. We were not required to show our COVID passes but were required to check/ fill in a couple of forms.
Room was very nice, bed was comfortable but we should have gone for a king size bed. Huge bathroom but no soap in the room and not sufficient shower gel for two persons. Only 3 sachets of coffee; 2 of those decaf. I know we could have called down but it wasn’t worth it for one night as we had stuff in our bags.
Staff are wonderful; polite, helpful and always smiling

Restaurant only review.
We came to the Kilmorey Arms early evening before the dinner service had started, but instead of just turning us away, the lovely lady behind the bar suggested we have a drink and relax for twenty minutes before enjoying a meal. This is in contrast to other establishments in the vicinity who have simply said "no food", so it was a refreshing dose of good customer service!
Drink choices were very good and we enjoyed the beers we tried.
Dinner was delicious, both the fish and chips and the recommended rack of ribs (which IS as large as they claim!). Although I was quite

Kilmorey Arms is a very nice, clean and well run Family run hotel.
Staff are very welcoming and really engaging.
The receptionist (Pauline - just new) could not have been more helpful, as I wanted a change of room - showed me options and helped every way.
Bar staff / Resto staff same. Really helpful.
Kilmorey Arms - is not a 5 star fancy pants hotel. It is a really good honest solid hotel.
Well done and thanks to all.
