Gave 1 star because there’s no option to give zero stars!
Initially I was impressed that Richard could come out so quick, and I liked he was local as I try to always use local businesses.
But after arranging to come out one afternoon and then unannounced comes in morning and then does the same the next day just coming unannounced at 8am when he knows I don’t live at the property due to renovations and then just buggers off and tells me he doesn’t like being messed around is disgusting!
I’m vertically deaf and unless I have hearing aids in, I can’t hear anything and at 8am would be
