I had an appointment just for the Electrician to view the issues I was having, and both were solved within 30 seconds. One issue was my own fault for not checking something first and the other I was told by the smart meter installer that my gas meter was missing an earth connection which the K F Watson person identified within seconds. The person was very knowledgeable and very kind. They didn’t charge me for the visit which was very nice of them. I will be using them in the future for any of my electrician needs and recommend them to anyone else needing one.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Called after hours as I could not get a circuit breaker to reset. Was looking to get an electrician on call since fridge freezer was on same circuit. The owner discussed the problem with me and suggested a solution, which worked. No need for call out and no charge. For sure K.F. Watson will get my business in future!

From the minute I called, to the job being completed, everything went very smoothly. Frances understood what I needed and Andy and Connor turned up bang on time and after a short introduction to where everything was I left them to it. They did a cracking job and even took photos of the plugs behind the oven so I could understand what had been done. They also filled the hole from where the previous smoke detector had been. They rectified an issue with a light fitting which had been there for years, it goes to show how valuable an electrician is, these little problems can go unnoticed for years and
