Hi, I'm Lee Watton, owner and cake designer at Relax Cakes. I qualified as a baker in 1993 where my passion for baking and decorating bespoke and novelty cakes started. I have to say, I love my job. In 1999 I opened Relax Coffee Shop and Cakes. I have been baking cakes and making tasty food in our local area and across Northern Ireland for nearly 20 years.
Any of the wedding cakes you see in our gallery can be customised to tie in with your wedding colour scheme, theme and can be sized for your number of guests. We can deliver a stunning centre piece for your wedding reception. All of our cakes start the same way; using the highest quality ingredients, starting with the flour, eggs and sugar.
We bake a wide range of delicious cake flavours and fillings. Our most popular flavours are the classic Victoria sponge, heavenly chocolate, carrot and lemon drizzle. All of our cakes are baked fresh in our kitchen, starting with the basics; flour, eggs, butter and sugar. We have a wide range of delicious cake flavours to tempt you with. We use our tried and tested recipes and only using the finest and freshest ingredients, to ensure that all of our cakes taste as good as they look.

A cake with me and my fianc dressed as astronauts, sat on the moon holding hands?! Absolutely unreal! My mum ordered the cake as a surprise for us for our engagement party, and it was incredible.

Really really nice little coffeeshop away from the busy streets of Amsterdam.
I was lucky enough to visit during Jack Herer Cup and made the most of their discounted offers on White Choco and Tangie G13, both reduced to €10/g which is an absolute BARGAIN. Both were extremely tastey, well cured (much better than a lot of others I have tried elsewhere) and good, friendly service to go along with it. Their Super Lemon block hash is top notch too at a great price. Tangie G13 also came with a sticker of THC and CBD % with a QR code for the lab results (EXTREMELY nice touch, really appreciated this

Wanted a 30th birthday cake done in the theme of gaming (ps4) I had giving Lee plenty of time to make the cake. I specifically asked for a "square cake" as this was preferred instead of round. When I collected the cake I was in a rush so didn't properly check it until later. It not only wasn't square but round and looked like it had been made that morning. The writing on cake was rushed and not straight also the ps4 sticker was half peeling off! Very disappointed and won't be back.
