I was hesitant to buy findings online, but the huge selection and free returns convinced me to give it a try. I have already ordered twice more since my first order and am still impressed by the great quality, neat packaging and outstanding customer service! Thank you, Victoria! I will definitely order again!

Got some Sterling silver bezels and a few gems which were opal, Amethyst and a ruby all of cabochon style, I used a very accurate refractometer to check the the stones both the opal and Amethyst checked out but the Ruby was a lab created ruby, still looked nice but no where did it specify if it was natural or lab, it cost me €4.23 for a 3mm lab ruby.. Which is far too much, everything else was fine! but maybe there should be something that lets buyers know if gems or lab or natural.
